If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise to Bahems Footwear, or mail with the original sale receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For your convenience, we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Purchases made between October 29, 2017 and December 2, 2017, will have an extended return period through January 31, 2018. All other terms and conditions of our return policy apply.
Ways To Return
1. To Make a Return to bahemsfootwear.com
The item to be returned. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
The original receipt, original packing receipt, or a copy of your Confirmation Email.
One form of personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase if the purchase was made with a card.
Please note, we only process returns at bahemsfootwear.com if your purchase was made through bahemsfootwear.com, Bahems Footwear on Facebook or Instagram, or home delivered. Any other purchases must be returned to the retail store where the product was bought.
Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
Enclose a completed return form. (Included with original packing slip)
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
